Denise Strenger on a Pilates Reformer

Denise is an educator, fitness specialist, corporate consultant on health and wellness, and an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach. She is a Master Pilates Trainer certified in Mat, Reformer, Chair and group fitness. She is a 200 RYT. 


She combines her highly effective motivation and behavior analysis skills with her passion for wellness. Working in higher education for 20+ years she has developed, implemented, and delivered quality curriculum, which speaks to her organization, communication, and strategic skills. With an entrepreneurial spirit and drive she will work independently to ensure successful delivery of existing programs and effectively drive new wellbeing programs that create improved culture, better outcomes and reduced overall cost. She will work with individuals to provide guidance and support in order to empower individuals to make changes that positively impact all areas of their wellbeing. Health is mind, body and spirit working in harmony. She is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach.


As Pilates/Fitness Director at the Training HAUS, she works closely with collegiate and professional athletes, including our own Minnesota Vikings.
